Our Story

Community Overview & History

Swasthya Vihar is an upscale, well-planned residential colony situated along Vikas Marg in East Delhi (Pin Code: 110092). Originally established and developed under the Ministry of Health Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., the neighborhood was envisioned as a peaceful, green, and secure residential hub.

Located between the Preet Vihar and Nirman Vihar Metro Stations, Swasthya Vihar offers residents an ideal blend of prime urban connectivity and serene, disciplined neighborhood living. Today, the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) actively works to preserve this legacy through continuous infrastructure upgrades, civic advocacy, and strong community engagement.
