  • CCTV Surveillance Network: Strategic high-definition cameras covering all perimeter boundaries, internal cross-junctions, park peripheries, and entry/exit gates monitored from the central RWA control desk.

  • Domestic Help & Service Staff Verification: Mandatory Delhi Police identity verification and digital RWA pass issuance for domestic helpers, drivers, gardeners, plumbers, and private delivery personnel before entry is permitted.

  • Night Patrol & Guard Deployment: Rigorous night patrols conducted by roving guards equipped with communication radios, checking internal lanes, closed premises, and boundary walls between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

  • Commercial Delivery & Vendor Regulation: Dedicated logistics checkpoints to verify courier carriers (Zomato, Blinkit, Amazon, Swiggy, etc.) and restrict door-to-door unregistered hawkers or solicitations.

Standard Security Guidelines for Residents

  1. Display Vehicle Stickers: Ensure all personal vehicles carry the official Swasthya Vihar RWA parking sticker to enable seamless entry through automated barriers.

  2. Police Verification of Tenants & Domestic Staff: Residents and property owners are statutorily required to complete Delhi Police tenant/maid verification forms and submit copies to the RWA office.

  3. Late-Night Visitor Intimation: Please inform the designated gate control room in advance if you are expecting late-night guests or service contractors past 11:00 PM.

  4. Emergency Escalation: In the event of any suspicious activity, immediately alert the on-duty gate supervisor or the RWA control desk before escalating to local emergency lines.
